Privacy Notice

This notice describes what information Morrow County Released Inmates receives, why it is used, and when another party may receive it. Information You Submit

Terms Entered in Search Tools

When you type a name, place, or other term into a search box operated by an outside provider, that query goes to the provider so it can run the search. Morrow County Released Inmates does not store or log those search terms on its own systems. The provider's privacy terms control its collection and use.

Messages Sent to Us

If you email us or submit a contact message, we keep the message and reply details as needed to answer. We do not share that correspondence outside our organization unless the law requires disclosure.

Technical Data Collected Automatically

Basic technical and usage details may be recorded when a page loads. These details help operate the site and diagnose how it performs. They may include:

  • your internet protocol address;
  • browser name and version;
  • device category and operating system;
  • pages viewed and time spent on them;
  • the referring website, when available; and
  • visit dates and timestamps.

Browser Cookies

Cookies may be used to understand visits and how features are used. You can block or delete cookies through your browser. Some parts of the site may then work differently or lose a saved preference.

Purposes for Using Data

Information collected through the site is used for limited operating and service purposes:

  • keeping pages available, stable, and responsive;
  • sending search requests to the selected partner service;
  • measuring which Morrow County resources visitors find useful;
  • identifying and correcting technical faults; and
  • displaying advertising that may reflect visitor interests.

We do not sell personal information. Depending on the service used, data may be available to:

  • search partners that process submitted queries;
